Recent changes have focussed on strengthening the engineering team and providing additional support for staff and systems within the Company. A Team Leader structure has been created and all engineers now work within four groups – offshore projects, offshore operations, airports and software. Team Leaders assist the Operations Manager to plan the use of resources and assess and implement new ideas as well as ensuring that all engineers’ views are represented.

IT and Human Resources have been outsourced to John Foreman and Bruce Christie. John is currently working with Simon Goodall on upgrading the Company’s internal systems.
