"To respond to increasing orders and customer requirements we have made a number of changes in the past year. I have moved from sales and development to Managing Director but will continue to retain close links with our customers. To strengthen the sales effort Sarah Cross heads up marketing with support from Laura Duthie. On the operations side we have increased our engineering resources in Aberdeen including the return of Alasdair MacQuarrie after a period in Kazakhstan. Jeanette Yuile now has overall responsibility for our contract with Shell in addition to her continuing role as QA Manager and Kathleen Boyd has increased reponsibility for organising operations. I am confident that these changes will make us more responsive and ensure we can continue to offer an excellent, high quality service."
