Wave Sensors measure wave height, period and direction. Current Sensors measure sub-surface current, speed and direction, depth and temperature depending on model. The processed information is often used for supply boat handling, flying limits for aircraft operations, fast rescue craft launch, adverse weather working policies, airgap surveys and safety/risk assessment.
